She also co-authored several books, including Lefebvre Dalloz's Memento Compliance 2025-2026 (contribution on professional secrets) and Compliance jurisdictionalisation, edited by Marie-Anne Frison-Roche (contribution on internal investigations within companies). 

Daphné LATOUR continues to write regularly on these topics in specialized legal journals.

Her contribution deals with the complex and constantly evolving cross-disciplinary subject of “Professional Secrets”.
