Marie-Alice BERTÉ
Member of the Paris Bar, Marie-Alice BERTÉ has worked at well-known law firms, major corporations, and a public financial institution. Throughout these roles, she has advised business clients on competition law, commercial law, banking law, corporate criminal law, and compliance.
She has worked alongside them on advisory engagements, addressing complex issues involving both legal and operational aspects, as well as on litigation matters, helping to define strategies and develop legal arguments.
Marie-Alice BERTÉ also worked for a year and a half in the investigative division of an independent administrative agency, which allowed her, among other things, to develop expertise in conducting investigations.
