Daphné LATOUR regularly speaks at international conferences on ethics, compliance and anticorruption issues (notably TRACE Anti-corruption London, the C5 Anti-Corruption Conferences, ICC International Conferences, Club LexisNexis).


She has been teaching for several years as a lecturer in the “Compliance Officer” University Diploma program at Paris II – Panthéon-Assas University and has taught in the “Compliance & Business Ethics” University Diploma program at Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne University, as well as at the European School of Economic Intelligence. 

She also provides training to professional organizations such as, notably, Lefebvre Dalloz Compétences.

Daphné Latour, founding partner of DL AVOCATS, tells us about the situation of French companies in terms of the fight against corruption. DL Avocats is a firm specializing in compliance, business ethics, and banking compliance. He supports companies of all sizes in terms of advice and litigation.

The firm notably uses Altares and its indueD solution, for the evaluation of third parties governed by the Sapin 2 law.

Before this regulation, only large groups and the banking sector were aware of compliance.
