This webinar, in English, explains, in a very concrete way, the reasons and modalities of an audit carried out by the regulatory authority, the French Anti-Corruption Agency, within private companies subject to Article 17 of the Sapin II Law. It also aims to provide these companies with the keys to deal with the situation as calmly and effectively as possible.

Daphné LATOUR regularly speaks at international conferences on ethics, compliance and anticorruption issues (notably TRACE Anti-corruption London, the C5 Anti-Corruption Conferences, ICC International Conferences, Club LexisNexis).


In addition, she was a guest lecturer for the Compliance Officer Diploma at University Paris II Panthéon-Assas for several years, and continues to lecture in the the Compliance and Business Ethics Diploma at University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and at the Ecole Européenne d’Intelligence Economique.

She also provides professional training, notably for DALLOZ FORMATION.

Finally, Daphné LATOUR co-authored a book entitled La lutte contre la corruption en France - 2013, une année décisive, and regularly publishes on compliance and business ethics matters in specialized legal reviews.
